グループのルールはすべてのコミュニティメンバーが快適に過ごせるようにするためのものです。
ノーショウ
イベントオーガナイザーやボランティアはイベントを企画運営したり、レストランやカフェ、会場を確保するのに時間と努力を惜しまず活動しています。参加申請後、もしイベントに参加できなくなった場合は必ず不参加のステータスに変更するか、イベントオーガナイザーに連絡を入れてください。もし3回以上連絡を入れずにノーショウとなった場合は自動的にアカウントが削除されます。ノーショウがあった場合、イベントオーガナイザーがその分のコストをカバーしたりウェイティングリストに載っている参加者が参加できないという事態を防ぐために、ご協力をお願いします。
参加登録をせずに参加
イベント参加申請者の人数に合わせ会場を確保することがあり、イベントオーガナイザーは事前に参加者の人数を把握する必要があります。参加登録をせずに会場に現れる行為はお控え下さい。もしイベントが始まってから参加を決めた場合、イベントオーガナイザーに事前に連絡を入れるようお願いします。できるだけ事前に参加申請をするようご協力をお願いします。
イベントに遅刻
特にレッスンプログラムの場合、途中からの参加はレッスンの妨げになることがあります。できるだけ時間通りにご参加ください。仕事や学校、公共交通機関の乱れ等により遅れての参加となることがあるかもしれませんが、イベントオーガナイザーに連絡を入れるようご協力をお願いします。
男性メンバーのルール
男性メンバーが女性メンバーに電話番号、メールアドレス、SNSアカウント、コミュニケーションアプリ等の連絡先を求める行為を禁止します。このルールはしばらくの間問題なくイベントに参加し、アカウントがシルバー・ゴールドレベルに達するまで適用されます。
男性メンバーはグループのメッセンジャーシステムを利用して女性メンバーにランダムにメッセージを送りつける行為を禁止します。
グループマネージャーやイベントオーガナイザーがこれらのルール違反を発見した場合、またはメンバーから迷惑行為の報告があった場合、あなたのアカウントが凍結または削除される可能性があります。
これらのルールは過去の事案によってつくられたものであり、グループメンバーが快適にそして安全に過ごせるようにするためのものです。
補足
何度かイベントに参加したり、長い間イベントに参加するとメンバー同士の仲がより深まります。一旦アカウントがシルバーレベルになると、一部のルールが緩和されます。
商品やサービスの販売勧誘
エージェント、学校、保険など、Ezumeeによって認められていない商品やサービスの販売や勧誘はできません。これらの迷惑行為があった場合はレポートページからご報告ください。

報告者の個人情報は守られますのでご安心ください。

GROUP CODE OF CONDUCT
Group Code of conduct has been established for the comfort of all our community members.
NO SHOW
Event organizers take the time and effort to organize events as volunteers and when we use a Venue such as a restaurant or other places with limited space, it's important to change your status to not going if you can't make it. If your registered as going and do not show up your attendance is flagged as a NO SHOW, if a member is flagged more than 3 times as a NO SHOW, their profile is automatically deleted from the group. Showing your going to an event and not showing up may end up costing the event organizer if there is an event cost involved and blocks others who may be on a waiting list from being able to attend.
SHOWING UP / BUT NOT REGISTERED FOR ACTIVITY OR EVENT
Sometimes the Venue we reserve or use has limited space. For this reason we sometimes set limits or need to know how many seats to arrange. If you show up without being registered it makes it hard for the event organizer(s). Please show respect to our Volunteer Group Organizers and register if you intend to go to an event or activity. Sometimes a person may decide after the event has already started. This situation is ok but it would be polite to contact the event host to see if it's ok to attend. Please try to register ahead if your thinking to attend an event.
ARRIVING LATE
Arriving late for an online event, especially classes, can be very distracting for the teacher and the other members. often it disrupts the session. Please be considerate and arrive on time. We do understand there can be circumstances such as arriving from work just on time or transit issues.
RULES FOR OUR MALE MEMBERS
Male Members may not ask our Female members for their contact information. This includes phone numbers, e-mail address, social media related or communication applications. These rules apply until a member has reached the silver or gold levels of group involvement meaning they have been in active attendance over a period of time without issues.
Male members may not use our Group Messenger system to randomly contact our Female Members. If our female members complain to us about being randomly contacted through our group messenger system the member making the contact(s) may be removed and/or banned from the group.
If a Group Manager or Group Event Organizer notices the above rules being broken, or if a Female member reports being bothered, the person breaking the rules could be removed from the group temporarily or permanently banned from returning.
These rules may seem one sided, but they are for the protection of our less experienced International Female Members and based on the fact that in many large cities Females are sometimes hit on and subjected to the advances of players. We want to keep our group environment Safe and Comfortable for everyone.
NOTES
Over time, for example several months, people get to know each other well. Once a member hits the silver colour ring level in our group these rules are relaxed.
SELLING PRODUCTS / SERVICES
We do not allow sellers of services or products to solicit our group members. This includes agencies, schools, insurance, agencies and other services unless they have been authorized by our admins.
